CEO Spotlight: Matt Cotter’s 2023 EOY Message

I wanted to take a moment prior to the end of the year to say a quick “Thank you” for all your continued support and trust. We certainly don’t take it lightly or for granted. I know I speak for all Pairsoft team members when I say that, while we don’t claim perfection in execution, we do work every day to be a little better than yesterday. In that way, we hope to be your partner of choice for a very long time.  

This year was a very eventful one for PairSoft. Like many organizations, we witnessed the effects of the uncertain global economy across seemingly all sectors. Fortunately, during that time, the team focused on building the right processes and infrastructure to keep us well-positioned, and we began to see positive indicators in April. The second half of the year took us higher across all areas of the company, as we consistently added customers at a crisp rate, saw retention numbers go to an all-time high, and extended our solutions while deepening our ERP integrations. 

I’m entering 2024 with cautious optimism. Our strategy is clear and the team is aligned. Based on the recent news from the Federal Reserve, there are also early signs for optimism in the macroeconomic environment. We will continue to be very prudent in our investments, however, until we see further tangible evidence of real progress. 2024 will be about two things for us: execution against the strategy and tactics we put in place this year, and optimizing our internal operations to better serve you. I look forward to providing you periodic updates through the year.
